This bird has quite distinctive primary wing-tip pattern. I have already seen this bird on March 16, 2017. Although the mirror of P8 is not so large, it is attached so as to be torn apart from the tip of the grey-tongue. When looking good, there is also white-rounded-spot in the inner-web also on P9 on the right side wing.
