I saw this individual at the end of November. Pure white above chest with no brown streaks at hindneck. Primaries looks new, but bill with no dark subterminal markings. I suspect that this is a Mongolian. I don’t know.

The grey color of the upperparts is almost the same as Vega. But I think that this is a taimyrensis because yellow legs.
